The Wednesday Mandi campaign seeks to establish a strong brand recall with increased app conversions on traditionally slower days.
Based on the user behavior analysis, the following three things were implemented in campaign
a.) Create a sensory appeal by creating attractive campaign visuals to attract and resonate with the target audience.
b.) Create time bound offers to seed urgency clubbed with an unmissable offer.
c.) Try something new, and step away from the general way of running offers on the app.

With this Wednesday Mandi was ideated to introduce an Price drop day in the week where the prices are as low as ₹2 with time bound offers to avail additional discounts. The target audience was existing app users who were more likely to engage and convert. ​

CAMPAIGN GOAL
To improve the daily active users on the app
To drive sales on the newly launched Xpress Mandi (Instant delivery) feature of the app, which offers 60 minute delivery option.
PROBLEM STATEMENT
The newly launched feature - Xpress Mandi (Instant Delivery) which offers 60 minute delivery. However the orders were stagnant at 250 orders, and needed to hit 300 order mark.

However, the 50 order difference was a task at hand.
IDEA
To introduce an Sale day with the lowest price of the week and offers on orders above ₹600 to the reach order target.

CAMPAIGN APPROACH
To reach the target audience, the approach was to focus on the app users to get an higher conversion, keeping this in mind the media distribution focused on the following three things:
Push notifications
Communication to inform users the Sale Day is live and sharing live update of items which has price drops, and offers.
WhatsApp Marketing
Developing cohorts based on the user behaviour and sending them a tailored message to communicate about the Sale day prices and offers which is connected with deeplinks for tracking.
In-app Marketing
In-app visual communication in terms of banners, pop-ups and category deep-links to give direct access to the deals. ​​​​
